crisp tailoring ... The vertical lines of a stripe that flow unbroken from top to bottom on the front and back of
a sofa ... And in the large floral that appears to be painted on the chair as it continues off the cushion onto its
border, to the seat and skirt.

What is not evident is the time consuming labor and the inner materials used to create this beautiful upholstery.
It takes a team of over two dozen people contributing to each piece of furniture. They employ time honored
methods and use state of the art materials that provides the quality and comfort that you will enjoy for years to

BACK SPRINGS - of continuous
wire are securely fastened at the top,
bottom and side to side. Each back
section will operate independently and
provides great support and comfort.

PILLOWS - Arm pillows and
channeled Back Pillows are made of
virgin polyester fibers encased in a
muslin casing. The fibers will contour
to the individual - cradling them in
comfort. The channeling reduces
shifting and settling of the fibers.

OUTSIDES - are lined with
polypropylene and padded
with a layer of fiber for a crisp
tailored look and to keep the
fabric from sagging or wearing
prematurely.

ARMS - have an edge roll and
multiple layers of fiber and foam
padding that wraps around the
arms adding comfort, definition,
and style.

HARDWOOD FRAMES -
of 5/4 and thicker select
hardwood that is Kiln dried
provides a trouble free
foundation for years of service.

CUSHIONS - of High Density
and High Resiliency Foam cores
are sandwiched in polyester fibers
and encased in a protective ticking
cover. There are several options to
choose from.

SKIRTS - are lined and interlined
for a uniform smoothness and crisp
tailoring.

LEGS - are an integral part of the frame
yielding great stability and that prevents
wobbles

EDGE ROLL - defines the transition
from the Deck to the seat, it softens the
edge of the frame and provides shape
creating a tailored appearance

DOUBLE DOWELING - of major joints is
essential for long lasting rigid frames. These are reinforced by properly sized Corner Blocks that
are glued and screwed into place.

8-WAY HAND TIED - Double Cone coil
springs of various gauges are used to ensure your maximum comfort. These springs are securely
mounted to a foundation of polypropylene -
reinforced with steel bands.

DECK - consisting of multiple layers
of insulation - begins with a blanket of
polypropylene - to this we add an
insulator pad and a thick layer of fiber,
all are covered in a woven sateen. This
provides a smooth surface and pads the
springs adding comfort and life to your
cushions.
